Our journey began during the covid pandemic of 2020. While making dumplings at home one day both Leung brothers, Michael and Andrew had an idea to open a take out restaurant that would serve dim sum and comfort foods that they grew up enjoying. Their ventnor NJ location became a local favorite and people from off the island began craving

While making dumplings at home one day both Leung brothers, Michael and Andrew had an idea to open a take out restaurant that would serve dim sum and comfort foods that they grew up enjoying. Their ventnor NJ location became a local favorite and people from off the island began craving dim sum as well.
They found the smithville location and will be catering to patrons in the smithville-galloway area, home to smithville village and nearby Stockton University. The smithville location will offer dine-in as well as take out. Because this location has a larger kitchen facility, Dim Sum and then some! Smithville will be able to offer a more extensive menu to include many more traditional dim sum favorites.
Andrew Leung, a New Jersey resident but a New Yorker at heart! Andrew is the Operating Partner & GM at Dim Sum and then some!. When he is not running the restaurant, he enjoys sports, comedy, fast cars & women. Salt & Pepper Shrimp & Soup Dumplings are just a couple of Andrew’s favorite dishes. He idolizes Derek Jeter & Taylor Swift.

Cade Warner, Florida born and raised. Cade is a Co-General Manager at Dim Sum and then some! Smithville. Cade loves to fish and hunt. Peking duck with steamed buns is his favorite dish here at Dim Sum and then some and as such we’ve named it after him.
Michael Leung, spends his time between Florida and New Jersey. Michael is the Executive chef of both locations. His favorite hobby is fishing and cooking. Dim sum has always been Michael’s favorite food ever since he was a child.
